Citrus Club Golf Professionals Tee Up with Enthusiasm for Folds of Honor
A big shout-out and sincere thanks to the golf professionals at The Citrus Club who participated in the HERO100 Golf Marathon on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. The Marathon benefits the Folds of Honor Foundation whose mission is to provide educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America's fallen and disabled service members and first responders.
The Citrus Club Director of Golf Zac Casey, Golf Operations Manager Jim Van Dorn and 2nd Assistant Golf Professional Cosmo Konrad played 102 holes of golf on the Pete Dye Private Citrus Course to support military and first responder families across the country through Folds of Honor. This first-time event for The Citrus Club raised over $7,000!
A heartfelt thank you to all Citrus Club Members, team members, and everyone who helped make this charitable effort such a tremendous success! Special thanks to Citrus Club Members Scott and Barbara Leveridge for their generous donation of a "Folds of Honor" Titleist Golf Bag, the featured item in the donor drawing.
