Brady has been a professional golf instructor for 29 years working with golfers from novice to expert, including some of the best players in the world on both the PGA and LPGA Tours. In 2015, he was selected “Teacher of the Year” by the Southern California PGA Hall of Fame and recognized by Future Champions Golf as a “Top 25 Elite Junior Coach in the USA.” Brady is also a PGA Teaching Professional, Adjunct Faculty Member with the PGA of America.
Prior to joining the PGA WEST® Golf Academy, Brady was Director of Instruction at the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. He has spent most of his career teaching in Los Angeles. Brady says the most fulfilling part as an instructor is helping people passionate about golf improve their performance.
Brady’s teaching philosophy centers on guiding golfers to recognize their unique capabilities and challenges in movement, talent and time perspective, aiming to unlock their full potential. He steers clear of technical jargon and complex mechanics, in favor of clear, straightforward guidance, believing simplicity enhances players performance.
Brady puts it this way: "My objective is to help players learn to self-adjust and practice correctly to improve their game.”
