Strawberry Festival Menu
June 1 - 14
Nothing says summer more than sun kissed sweet, juicy strawberries. The coastal valleys surrounding Morgan's celebrate the famous San Andreas and Radiance strawberry varietals. Local foragers have led us to the famous fragaria fresca better known as "fraise be bois" which translates to strawberries of the woods.
Although the strawberry plays an important sweet role in a twist on the classic Strawberry Shortcake, this menu explodes with its savory alter ego. Start with the Strawberry Carpaccio topped with Spanish Ham and Aged Balsamic emulsion. Woods Strawberries mirror the delicious red fruit of the Ampelos Pinot Noir, to romance Rose Hip Tea Cured Duck.

Morgan's Moves to Summer Hours
Now that it's officially summer here in the desert, Morgan's has switched over to its summer schedule. We'll be open for dinner five days a week, Thursday through Monday, from 6 to 11 p.m. The Morgan's bar will be open the same days from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m.
