Provence Black Truffle Festival
January 6-18
The French Black Truffle is often called the diamond of the kitchen, with its rich, deep, dark, lingering flavor. The king of the mushroom world, the black truffle grows in symbiotic harmony with oak and hazelnut tree root systems that creates its unique rich flavor. The Black Truffle explodes with flavor in January at the peak of its season when the trees are in their winter dormancy.
Although truffles of near-black color have been found around the globe, the absolute highest quality originates in the southern French Provence region. For centuries trained pigs—and more recently, dogs—have been harnessed to sniff out these incredible edible gems of the underworld. Start the New Year with big, rich, yet very nutritious flavors with Morgan's Black Truffle Festival.
$69 per person, exclusive of tax & gratuity. Wine pairing available for $24 per person plus tax & gratuity, for two glasses of wine.
