Neyers Vineyards &
Joseph Decuis Wagyu Beef Celebration
Morgan's is greatly honored to welcome Bruce & Barbara Neyers along with Pete, Alice & Tim Eshelman for an incredible exploration of the complex and fascinating relationship between food and wine.
Neyers Vineyards is simply producing some of the best wines not only in Napa, but in the world. After tasting through the Neyers' magnificent and varied cellar, the challenge for Chef Jimmy Schmidt was to design the perfect menu inspired by (and worthy of) the wines themselves.
He found the answer at Joseph Decuis farm and restaurant in the incredible, unique flavors from the cuts of the magnificent Full Bloodline Wagyu Beef. The farm employs all-natural, drug-free, stress-free humane husbandry practices and feed their Wagyu a special Japanese vegetarian diet. The result is the best Wagyu beef in America, under the sustainable care of the Eshelman Family.
The inspired menu of incredible wines and Wagyu beef will create dining memories to last a lifetime!

What's New at Morgan's
February 18 - March 2: Meyer Lemon Festival
Meyer Lemons originate in China as a cross with a true lemon and a mandarin orange. Their pronounced, sweet lemon flavor and rich pronounced scent make them a culinary favorite. A common Lemon Varietal in the Coachella Valley, Meyer Lemons have a thinner, more fragrant skin and lower acid content than their tart cousins.
