	Troon Golf Partnership   In July of 2013 La Quinta Resort & Club and PGA WEST activated a retail contract with Troon to handle the purchasing of all retail goods at our five Clubhouses. Over the past few months, we have also been discussing some golf marketing opportunities with Troon based on the success of the services they have provided to two Hilton properties in Arizona. We are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement to utilize Troon’s golf marketing services, in addition to the retail services we currently receive. Troon will market our five Resort Courses to their database of customers in an effort to drive additional business to us. La Quinta Resort & Club and PGA WEST will be utilizing Troon’s services for retail and marketing only. Troon will not be managing any of our Clubs or Courses and we will not be advertising Troon at our facilities. We currently sell our Resort tee times through various sources such as GolfNow, Standby Golf and Golf Switch. Troon will simply be another source to sell our Resort tee times and these services will not have any impact on our Private Courses or Member blocks. We have been working to launch one initiative at a time through the many programs that Troon has developed over the past twenty years for their customers. During the term of this agreement Troon has offered our Members the opportunity to participate in their private club reciprocal program called “Troon Advantage” so our Club Members can play the participating Troon courses at a preferred rate. Please note, private club members of Troon will not be able to play our Private Courses, they will only have accsess to the five Resort Courses. As a Member of PGA WEST or The Citrus Club, you will be able to play the following participating Troon courses at a preferred rate through March 31, 2015: http://www.troongolf.com/troon-advantage.html. Troon has also agreed to develop a smart phone app for each of our Private Courses that will be released soon and will be available to download from any iPhone or Android smartphone. These Apps include features such as an electronic scorecard for inputting and tracking scores, GPS caddie for course layout and a range finder for course yardages, just to name a few. Apps for our five Resort Courses have just been completed and are currently available for download on iPhone in Apple’s App Store or for Android in Google Play.
