Cancellation Policy Reminder

It is a very busy time of year here at PGA WEST! With so many activities going on and many Members enjoying the Club, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the Club's cancellation policy.

For most events and tee times, a twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy is in effect, however, as a courtesy to your fellow Members, please cancel any tee times and reservations that you are not fully using as far in advance as possible. The Club has the right to charge a $25 per person no-show or short-show fee for any golfers that are not cancelled within the 24-hour window. The cancellation policy also applies to reservations made for guests.

When tee times, fitness classes, court or dining reservations go unused, it takes away the possibility for other Members to utilize the facilities. We hope with this friendly reminder, Members will be mindful of their confirmed reservations and notify us as soon as possible if they are not able to fully utilize the time.
